The Project
Beginning in October 2008, the City of Suwanee will undertake a Master Planning effort for Downtown Suwanee including Historic Old Town and Town Center.
The Downtown Master Plan will develop an innovative and useful plan that will assist in defining goals, strategies, projects, and initiatives within the study area. The creation of the Old Town Master Plan in 2002 resulted in the creation of Suwanee’s Town Center. The Downtown Suwanee Master Plan will provide a comprehensive update to this plan in an effort to continue with this success. The Master Plan will consider land use, transportation, open spaces and other issues.
